Connect Phone to CxSYS for Clinic Appointments

Connect phone calls to CxSYS so callers can ask about availability and the clinic can keep the appointment result in its existing schedule.

The front desk has to turn a spoken request into a schedule query. "Any doctor this Friday afternoon?" sounds simple to a caller. CxSYS needs a doctor, date range, clinic availability, and appointment action before the clinic can answer.

Aima connects phone automation to CxSYS Clinic Appointments. The assistant clarifies the request, checks the published schedule, and records the result through the clinic's appointment workflow.

What the call can do

  • Search patients and list the doctors relevant to the request.
  • Read published availability and appointment options.
  • Use day, month, or appointment-range views for a precise answer.
  • Create, update, reschedule, or delete the configured appointment.

From a call to a scheduled result

  1. The caller explains the appointment they want.
  2. The assistant confirms the doctor, date, and time range.
  3. It checks CxSYS for published availability in the clinic's local schedule.
  4. The caller selects an option, or the assistant transfers the request with its context.
  5. The appointment action is recorded and the next step is repeated to the caller.

Staff can continue from the CxSYS schedule when the request needs judgement.

Start with schedule lookup

Choose one branch or appointment type for the first release. Review completed calls, selected slots, and handoffs before adding booking updates and cancellations.
