Billing

Billing

Plans, payment, invoices, and managing your AIMA Labs subscription.

AIMA Labs uses Stripe for billing. Each organization has its own subscription, payment method, and invoices — billing does not cross organizations.

Picking a plan

Every new organization is routed through the plan picker before the dashboard unlocks. Pick a plan, click Get Started or Start Trial, and complete Stripe checkout.

If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, the organization bounces back to the plan picker on next sign-in. Your data — agents, campaigns, leads, call history — is preserved and comes back as soon as billing is restored.

Managing your subscription

Open Settings → Organization → Billing to:

  • See the plan you're on and the current billing period.
  • Update your payment method.
  • Change plans (upgrade, downgrade, or switch cadence).
  • View and download past invoices.
  • Cancel the subscription.

Plan changes take effect immediately for upgrades; downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of the current billing period.

Usage

Under Settings → Organization → Billing you can also see usage against your plan limits — minutes of calling, number of leads, number of active campaigns, depending on what your plan meters.

If you're close to a limit you'll see a warning in the dashboard header. Hitting a hard limit pauses outbound activity until the next billing period or until you upgrade.

Trials

Some plans start as a free trial. During the trial the platform behaves exactly like a paid subscription — you can create agents, launch campaigns, place calls. At the end of the trial you'll either be converted to the paid plan (if you added a payment method) or moved back to the plan picker.

Invoices and receipts

All invoices are generated by Stripe and emailed to the organization's billing contact. You can also download them at any time from Settings → Organization → Billing → Invoices.
